As we all know, the iPhone 5 was announced today, with preorders starting on Friday and the device being released on September 21st at 8:00 am at retail stores. Although we were pretty disappointed with no NFC, especially with Passbook being in iOS6, there was another piece of information that Tim didn’t tell us: the SIM card. We’ve seen the above photo of vodafone’s nano SIM, and now we are receiving different reports concerning Canada: Rogers, Bell, and TELUS are confirmed to have nano SIMs in stock soon. Our sources have told us that they received an update today, mentioning the incoming nano SIMS and its exclusivity for the iPhone 5 so far.
So, are you getting one?
Apple’s Keynote for the next iPhone is coming – September 12th. Brace yourselves. People have great expectations for the iPhone 5 and they are completely hyping their life over it. But today, I will calm myself and be open to any surprise tomorrow. There probably won’t have a crazy shape-shifting design or finger-print scanning but I’m sure it will be great. I am going to sit and wait.
This will be my calm before the storm.

I love the camera, simplicity and App selection, and the accessory collections available are amazing. Apple has always raved on about the Android fragmentation but iOS faces an imposed fragmentation. Both iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S run on iOS 5, but they do not have the same features – Siri for one.
